How TM Constructions Began

Tarachand Veeragattapu and Bhavanam Durga Munindar Reddy, both from civil engineering backgrounds, tried numerous businesses together before launching TM Constructions. They explored different ventures simply to understand what customers truly want and how to make clients genuinely happy.

Both pursued MBAs in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying from the RICS School of Built Environment, Delhi. Armed with deep expertise from leading Indian and multinational companies, they founded TM Constructions in 2021 under one guiding principle:

Growing through word-of-mouth and delighted client referrals, TM Constructions now serves Narasaraopeta, Guntur, Vinukonda, and Markapur — with a single-minded focus on client satisfaction.
