Tarachand Veeragattapu and Bhavanam Durga Munindar Reddy, both from civil engineering backgrounds, explored numerous businesses together before launching TM Constructions — each venture teaching them exactly what clients truly want.

Both pursued MBAs in Building Economics from the RICS School of Built Environment, Delhi. In 2021 they founded TM Constructions under one guiding principle:

Growing through word-of-mouth and delighted referrals, TM Constructions now serves Narasaraopeta, Guntur, Vinukonda and Markapur.
