Tarachand Veeragattapu and Munindar Reddy, both from civil engineering backgrounds, did numerous businesses together before launching TM Constructions. They attempted several businesses merely to discover what a customer wants and how to make many a client happy. Both of them moved to Delhi for their MBAs in building economics and quantity surveying from the RICS School of Built Environment. After successfully completing the course, receiving enough expertise from numerous companies, and gaining customer insights, they decided to start their own line of construction firm called TM Constructions (Tarachand & Munindar Constructions).
Their journey started in 2021 and is slowly increasing in leaps and bounds. They have so far received business by word of mouth and through delighted clients’ referrals. They follow the rule, “WHAT WE COMMIT IS WHAT WE DELIVER.” For the organization and for them, client satisfaction is the ultimate goal. They go the extra mile and acquire that if needed. customer happiness can make or ruin any business.
